Join the Office of Equal Opportunity as a summer intern and gain meaningful, hands-on experience in public service. This internship offers the chance to contribute to impactful projects that support Missouri’s state government operations and benefit communities across the state. You’ll perform entry-level professional tasks while developing valuable skills in public administration and program coordination. The internship offers a flexible schedule of 20-30 hours per week.
- Participate in the Office of Administration’s Summer Internship Program activities.
- Support the Office of Equal Opportunity (OEO) and Governors Council on Disability (GCD), in key initiatives, including:
- Assisting with workforce development and supplier certification programs.
- Planning and organizing statewide outreach events.
- Reviewing and updating OEO’s website, marketing materials, and social media content.
- Collaborating with OEO/GCD team members and other divisions on special projects and daily operations.
- Assisting with coordination and support tasks related to the Missouri Youth Leadership Forum.
