- Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows to support ITSM and other enterprise service delivery needs.
- Promote platform adoption by mentoring peers, sharing best practices, and helping establish a ServiceNow Center of Excellence to scale knowledge and innovation across teams.
- Develop and maintain detailed specifications for projects built within ServiceNow.
- Provide day-to-day general support, administration, and maintenance of applications and workflows built in ServiceNow.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow functionality, integrations, and performance.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards.
- Proven ability to design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows.
- Experience with ServiceNow Studio, App Engine, and Scoped Applications.
- Hands-on ServiceNow development experience, particularly in ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Experience with programming languages such as HTML, CSS, PHP, and Javascript.
- Ability and Willingness to learn new things in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with assisting other developers and providing training and support.
- Front-facing UX/UI development experience preferred.
- Passion for strategic planning and process improvement.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Successful background check results are required for employment in this position. This may include background checks involving a candidate’s name and/or fingerprints and other screenings as needed for the specific position.
