    Why you’ll love this position:

We are seeking an entry-level database administrator to support both Microsoft SQL Server and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) environments. This role focuses on the operational and administrative aspects of these platforms, including database maintenance, system monitoring, performance tuning, and SSRS configuration and deployment support. While the primary focus is on SQL Server technologies, the role may also involve exposure to other database platforms as business needs evolve. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of relational databases, T-SQL, and reporting infrastructure, along with a strong desire to learn and grow in a technical environment. You'll work alongside experienced team members and have access to training and mentorship to help you build the skills needed to support enterprise-level data and reporting systems. A detail-oriented, organized, and proactive approach to work is essential.

    • Authorization to work in the United States is a prerequisite of employment. The Office of Administration, Information Technology Services Division (ITSD) will not sponsor applicants for work visas.

    • The salary indicated represents a base pay rate. If the individual selected or the position is eligible for a pay differential (e.g., shift, security, or years of service), it will be added to the total compensation in your paycheck. A pay differential does not raise your base pay.
