DUTIES PERFORMED TO SUPPORT THE DEPARTMENT’S VISION: This description may not include all of the duties, knowledge, skills, or abilities associated with this title.
- Provide technical support and evaluation of applications and data for commercial driver license issuance and Third-Party Tester program administration and oversight
- Provide support for driver license issuance and withdrawal programs and work with information technology staff and other agencies as needed to design, test, and implement required program upgrades
- Complete analysis of proposed and enacted legislation and other requests to determine system impacts, procedural impacts, and fiscal analysis
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to assist other government agencies and to assist and support citizens and businesses in Missouri
- Direct and train internal and external customers, which may include formal presentations

QUALIFICATIONS: - A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a closely related field such as: Business or Public Administration, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management
- One or more years of professional experience analyzing operations and developing improved managerial procedures and practices
