    Accounts Assistant

    St. Louis Forensic Treatment Center - South Campus 5300 Arsenal St, St. Louis, MO 63139

    Semi-Monthly Salary: $1,467.39 * Starting Salary: $35,217.31 Scheduled Hours: 0730-1600 (Saturday/Sunday off)

    St. Louis Forensic Treatment Center - South is looking for a positive and energetic Accounts Assistant.

    Responsibilities:

    • Audit for required and accurate information on invoices, process, and pay assigned vendors for Forensic Treatment Center and Hawthorn Children’s Hospital.

    • Complete coding on requisitions for Forensic Treatment Center and Hawthorn Children’s Hospital.

    • Audit expense reports for all required documentation and accuracy.

    • Maintain accounts for assigned vendors.

    • Communicate payment information to vendors when necessary.

    • Communicate payment document information to Central Office Auditor when necessary.

    • File assigned vendor payment documents.

    • Miscellaneous duties as needed.

    Eligibility:

    1-3 years of relevant experience (substitutions may be allowed). Knowledge of basic accounting principles.

    Ability to identify and resolve vendor issues. Great organizational skills and attention to detail.
