This position will be located at the
St. Louis Regional Office at 1390 Timberlake Manor Parkway, 2nd Floor, Chesterfield, MO 63017.
- Assist with any HR duties and functions including but not limited to performing reference checks on candidates, gather necessary documents from supervisors and other members of the interview panel, maintain confidentiality during all hiring and employment actions, and electronically filing all HR paperwork.
- Provide backup supervision of Admin unit for Administrative Supervisor. Unit includes 4 administrative support assistants. Will act as mentor and leader for Admin unit by answering questions and/or providing guidance as seen or requested.
- Serve as the Policy & Procedure coordinator for the unit and regional office. Responsible for filing, updating and communicating any changes in procedures with the Admin unit and regional office management.
- Provide budget and financial assistance with purchasing card reconciliation, inventory/fleet management, accounts payable/receivable, and training coordination.
- Other duties as needed, assigned, or requested by the Section Managers, Administrative Supervisor, and/or the Regional Director.

Equivalent to those typically gained by: - 3-5 years of relevant experience in administrative assistance or office work. (Additional education or experience may substitute for the required education or experience)
