Job Location: This full-time position will be located at 112 Plaza Drive, Sikeston, MO. 63801. Regular work schedule will be Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with Saturday and Sunday off. Occasional travel to Poplar Bluff, MO may be required. This is a supervisory position that participates in and oversees the work of vocational level accounting staff, manages consumer benefits, and oversee procurement activities.

- This is a supervisory position.
- Mid-level professional responsible for processing General Revenue accounts payable and general accounting practices. Reconciles vendor statements/invoices.
- Processing vendor; contract payments; service maintenance agreements and Fleetwave payments.
- Communicating with vendors to ensure that SEMORS maintains up to date information and communicates with Central Office accounting staff on a daily basis.
- Assists Fiscal Manager with yearly Cost Report; and fixed assets.
- Also provides necessary back-up to the Accounts Assistants as needed.
- Member of the SEMORS Business Office Team, working collaboratively to serve those individuals supported.
- Bachelor's degree and 4-6 years of experience and/or appropriate certifications. (Substitutions may be allowed.)
- Understanding of general accounting processes.
- Valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications - Competency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Proficient in MO Buys, MOVERS, CIMOR and other programs utilized by DMH for billing and financial transactions.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks with minimal to no error.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with individuals from different backgrounds, educational levels and experiences.
