Update and maintain tracking spreadsheets to ensure Missouri’s compliance with Interstate Compact rules, as well as Missouri Policy and Procedure.
Effectively communicate via email and phone with Probation and Parole staff throughout Missouri to assist in meeting required deadlines ad resolving issues associated with Missouri clients transferring their supervision to another state.
Effectively communicate via email and phone with Compact Office staff across the country to assist in meeting required deadlines and resolving issues associated with Missouri clients transferring their supervision to another state.
Assist Probation and Parole Officers with the monitoring of Parole/Conditional Release clients incarcerated with an agency in another state. This will include verifying custody status, sending letters to the clients and detaining authorities, and updating the agency computer system as required.
Retrieves and reviews criminal history information from the National Crime Information Center (NCIC) and Missouri Uniform Law Enforcement System (MULES)
Running and reviewing reports from the agency computer system and the Interstate Compact Offender Tracing System
Additional duties as assigned to assist Probation and Parole Officers and Deputy Compact Administrator
Minimum Qualifications: Must be a minimum of 18 years old
AND a valid vehicle operator's license
All requested documents MUST be received by the closing date listed. Contingent upon your position, you may also be eligible to receive:
- A $2.00 per hour shift differential if you are assigned to a shift that begins on or between 12:00pm (noon) and 5:00am and are employed at a 24/7 congregate care facility (i.e. institution, transition center, supervision center, or command center).
- A $0.75 per hour maximum security stipend if you work full-time at a qualifying facility.
- A $1.00 per hour restrictive housing stipend if you are assigned a regular post within a restrict housing/segregation unit at any facility.
The Department of Corrections currently offers a guaranteed 1% pay increase for every two years of continuous service up to 20 years!
