Job Location: This position will be located at 1010 West Columbia Street in Farmington, MO
Seasoned vocational administrative support position. At this level, employees have specialized knowledge of an administrative or programmatic function, and may function as an office manager. Within support area may make recommendations for review and approval of executive staff; assist in developing future budget projections for all units agency-wide; and review requests and prioritize needs for executive staff review. May provide work direction to lower-level positions.
Prepare reports to submit to NRI by deadlines established and stay up to date with reporting requirements.

Oversee and Maintain Facility Policy Review process which includes, but not limited to assuring policies are being distributed to teams responsible for reviews, reviews completed when due, formatting approved policies for placement in policy books and intranet and troubleshooting issues with the SharePoint system.
Conduct audits of Facility Policy and Procedure Manual Annually to assure they are updated and organized.
Update Policies and Procedures in Safety Manual located in Incident Command locations.
Track follow up on Event Reports requiring supervisory follow up.
Oversee Administrative Support Assistant and assist with responsibilities when coverage is required.
Assist with other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
In addition to those identified in the previous levels: Ability to evaluate proposed legislative changes and make recommendations for executive staff review. Ability to analyze current expenditures and develop budget projections.
Office management skills and basic to advanced skills in computer applications.

3-5 years of relevant experience. (Substitutions may be allowed.)
