    The Town of Prescott Valley invites you to apply for the position of Pool Office Lead.

    Examples of Duties

    IN THIS POSITION, YOU WILL:
    • Manage front-line customer service staff at the pool concession stand, ensuring staff can provide accurate information regarding site location, hours of operation, and daily activities.


    • Handle scheduling for office staff and ensure adequate coverage of the front as well as the concessions stand. Also be able to cover shifts in emergency situations.


    • Audit daily cash register receipts to confirm accurate balancing and prepare daily bank deposits.


    • Oversee inventory audits and assists Recreation Coordinator with restocking.


    • Verify staff is maintaining cleanliness of concession stand and office areas, including ensuring all Health Codes and standards are met.


    • Collaborate with other leads and the Aquatics Coordinator to ensure the facility is operating proficiently.


    Typical Qualification

    REQUIREMENTS:
    • High School Diploma or equivalent required with a minimum of one (1) year of customer experience in a lead role preferred.
    • Must possess a current Food Handler's Certification.
    • Food Manager Certification
    • Candidates may be required to pass a background check and must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening.
    • Must be at least 16 years of age
    • This is a safety sensitive position and is subject to random drug screening.
    • First aid, AED and CPR certification preferred.

    **Interviews will be scheduled once applications have been accepted.**

    COMPENSATION:

    This is a seasonal position that may work up to 6 months depending on the workload and performance.

    Hourly pay range is $16.87 to $17.72.

    Seasonal employees are entitled to earn paid time off and accrue a minimum of 1 hour of general leave for every 30 hours worked.
