  • Job Description

    The Family Support Division is seeking applications for the position of Benefit Program Associate within the Technology and Innovations Unit. The base location will be determined by the selected applicant and office capacity.

    All internal promotional applicants are encouraged to apply as there may be alternate office space available.

    Duties to include but not limited to:

    • Work directly with document imaging software to ensure that batches are reviewed for accuracy & appropriately handled to route through the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Solution.
    • View document packets for accuracy, completeness and compliance; correct if necessary.
    • Work with internal team members if errors are detected to train on proper processes.
    • Work with internal team members to facilitate upload and indexing of files as necessary.
    • Work with files stored in the Virtual File Room (VFR) to perform review corrections as needed.
    • Work with files stored in the Virtual File Room to locate requested documents as needed.
    • Work to register applications or update audit dates for reviews in all queues as needed.
    • Maintain, with relative independence, a significant phase or segment of a clerical process or unit activity and make frequent decisions in accordance with agency policies, rules or procedures.
    • Monitor other Work Queues in the ECM and/or SharePoint and provide assistance as needed.
    • Other duties as assigned.


    High School diploma or equivalent and 1-3 years of relevant experience. (Substitutions may be allowed.)

    Individual(s) selected for this position may receive a higher rate based on a pay differential (e.g. shift, or time-of-service pay).
