Before arriving in Bothell, Bob was the City Manager for the City of Mill Creek, WA for nine years and held other top administrator positions for two other Washington cities for an additional 10 years. Bob enjoys a reputation as a progressive and talented municipal manager, bringing stability and leadership to the cities he has served over the last 27 years in Washington State. Bob is a past president of the Washington City/County Management Association (2002-2003) and holds a bachelor’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Eastern Washington University and a MBA from Seattle University.

Mike Bruni possesses over 17 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruiting & Staffing. Mike is heavily experienced within the Defense and Intelligence Communities. Mike joined SAIC (Now Leidos) in January of 2005 after spending 7 years in the staffing industry. Since joining SAIC/Leidos he has taken on many roles leading many initiatives to include Talent Acquisition Management, Sourcing, Capture Staffing, Direct Recruiting, and Veteran Outreach.As a Sourcing Manager, designed and built talent pipelines supporting programs throughout the IC. Provides staffing strategies in support of new business pursuits and proposals. Leads a candidate outreach effort to provide organizational and personal branding for Leidos.In December of 2009, Mike was instrumental in standing up a centralized SAIC/Leidos Military Recruiting Program, Operation MVP. This program was designed to be an SAIC/Leidos central point to recruit top talent from all Branches of the Military. He continues to lead this program presently.Mike has been quoted in HR Magazine, The Military Times, and USAToday. He’s been a guest on Federal News Radio’s “FedAccess” Show. Mike has also been a guest on the radio program “The Workforce Show”. He’s been featured on the Pentagon Channel’s “Hiring America” television show. Mike sits on the AFCEA EPIC Committee as well as the INSA ICC Committee. Both committees are industry professional associations. Mike is also the facilitator and leader for Project S.A.V.E. Chris O’Neil joined U.S. Customs and Border Protection in April 2014 after retiring from the U.S. Coast Guard at the rank of Commander, with more than 29 years of active-duty military service in which he gained more than 26 years of public affairs experience. In his position at CBP he directs the activities of 94 personnel in the conduct of all forms of government communication to inform the public about the missions, operations and people of CBP.O’Neil’s began his public affairs career as a unit public affairs representative and base newspaper stringer during his service in the Air Force. He later enlisted in the Coast Guard and became a public affairs specialist. After earning his commission he later served as the 7th Coast Guard District public affairs officer, and went on to become the service’s Chief of Media Relations and finally Chief of Strategic Communications.O’Neil joined the National Association of Government Communicators in 2012 and was elected to the Board of Directors in 2013, serving as the association’s Communications Director. He is a member of the National Press Club and was a member of the Public Relations Society of America for five years.
