StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $500000.00 - $550000.00
A CoC-accredited cancer center in the Colorado Rockies is seeking a Medical Oncologist to join a collaborative, multidisciplinary oncology program serving the Western Slope.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone seeking strong work-life balance with meaningful patient care.
Position Highlights
- General Medical Oncology (no subspecialty required)
- ~12–14 patients/day – more time with each patient
- 2-physician model with strong APP & multidisciplinary support
- Established regional referral network
- Opportunity to help shape and grow the program
Schedule & Call
- Primarily outpatient with light, phone-based call
- Hospitalists manage inpatient care
- Designed for excellent work-life balance
Compensation & Benefits
- $500K–$550K base | ~$650K+ total comp
- $40K+ sign-on + relocation
- CME, retirement match, full benefits
