Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.; Monitor alarms, cameras, radio traffic, and incoming calls from the dispatch center, and communicate timely updates to site personnel, first responders, and/or management as needed.; Respond to incidents, service requests, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, helping to coordinate resources and relay accurate information during routine and urgent events.; Maintain detailed dispatch logs, incident records, and activity reports, documenting communications, status changes, and follow-up actions in accordance with site guidelines.; Support access control and other security-related operations within a financial institution location, helping to deter unauthorized activity through observation, communication, and adherence to established procedures.
