Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities; Monitor visitor access, check identification and/or credentials, maintain entry logs, and direct employees, guests, and vendors in accordance with site protocols; Answer phones, greet the public, and communicate clearly with staff, visitors, and/or first responders regarding routine matters, incidents, and special instructions; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through established channels; Support front desk operations by issuing visitor passes, receiving deliveries, maintaining accurate records, and helping to deter unauthorized access through consistent screening practices
