    Job Description & Requirements Athens - Orthopedic Surgery StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: M-F Pay Rate: $610000.00 - $1200000.00 Orthopedic surgery opportunity for a high-demand, hospital-employed role in Athens, Ohio. Join a collaborative orthopedic team supported by advanced technology, strong referral patterns, and an established patient base. This opportunity blends surgical volume, modern resources, and work-life balance. You will build a broad general orthopedic practice with access to robotics, biologics, and academic engagement while benefiting from consistent scheduling and a supportive care team. Opportunity Highlights 501(c)(3) employment with Public Service Loan Forgiveness eligibility Up to $80,000 in student loan repayment or retention bonus options $50,000 regional premium + up to $50,000 quality bonus $25,000 signing bonus + relocation assistance Immediate volume with 10,500 RVUs per provider annually MAKO robotic technology and PRP capabilities onsite Predictable MondayFriday schedule with dedicated OR time 1:2 call rotation, primarily phone-based, with limited trauma Collaborative team with strong APP, clinical, and administrative support Community Information Athens, Ohio Athens offers a unique blend of collegiate energy, affordability, and outdoor lifestyle.
