This role is responsible for coordinating service requests, managing technician schedules, and ensuring timely, accurate, and professional service delivery. The ideal candidate remains calm under pressure, communicates clearly, and thrives in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDispatch service calls and assign jobs to technicians in an efficient and timely mannerCoordinate and manage technicians' daily schedules and routesCommunicate appointment details and updates with customersDeliver a high level of customer service through professional and courteous interactionsClearly communicate service needs between customers and techniciansDistribute workload in a way that maximizes productivity while maintaining fairness across the teamTrack and coordinate follow‑ups for jobs requiring return visitsLearn and effectively utilize the company's dispatch and business systemsMaintain positive working relationships with technicians and administrative staffProvide backup support in the absence of the Branch ManagerParticipate in a rotational on‑call schedule as neededQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED requiredMinimum of 3 years of dispatching experiencePrior experience in HVAC and/or food service industry preferredStrong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately and efficientlyExcellent customer service, verbal, and written communication skillsProficient in computer systems and dispatch softwareAbility to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environmentSelf‑motivated with the ability to work independently and follow through on tasksWillingness to participate in a rotational on‑call scheduleExperience with third‑party service platforms (e.g., EcoTrack, Corrigo, Vixxo) is a plusCompensation TransparencyThe advertised pay range for this position is $24-$28.
