DispatcherWe are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Service Coordinator / Dispatcher to join our team in El Paso. This position plays a critical role in supporting our service department by coordinating field operations, scheduling technicians, and ensuring excellent customer service.ResponsibilitiesDispatch and schedule HVAC service techniciansCommunicate with customers regarding service appointments and updatesPrepare, submit, and follow up on service proposals and estimatesProcess invoices and assist with accounts receivable functionsConduct collections and follow up on outstanding customer balancesManage service agreements and contract administrationMaintain accurate service records and documentationSupport daily administrative operations of the service departmentQualificationsPrevious experience in HVAC dispatching, service coordination, or a similar roleStrong customer service and communication skillsExperience with invoicing, accounts receivable, and collectionsExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and WordExperience in the HVAC, construction, or service industry preferredBilingual English/Spanish preferredWorking Hours and SchedulePosition operates on a rotating schedule with the following shifts Monday to Friday:7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.All shifts include a one-hour lunch break.Pay rate depends on experience.Position could become full time the company.#J-18808-Ljbffr
