• Network Analyst
(Able to work in a shift work environment as we are a 24/7 operation) Location:
• Scott Air Force Base, Illinois (ON-SITE) Clearance Required:
• Secret (can upgrade to Top Secret) Certification Required:
• Security+ or IAT Level II Experience Required:
• 3+ years in Networking (Routers, Switches, LAN/WAN, TACLANEs, OSPF/BGP/EIGRP, TCP/IP, OSI Model, Cisco, NOC experience) PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provides all facets of Incident Management supporting a Wide Area Network (WAN) in a 24x7 environment, specifically Layer 2 and Layer 3 support (of the OSI model)
• Responsible for remote monitoring and management of the WAN utilizing client provided tools. • Document network outages, hazardous conditions, site locations, and any type of service degradation using the TMS Remedy trouble ticketing system
• Perform troubleshooting and fault resolution of voice, video, and data circuits. • This position requires an active DoD Clearance (Secret, Top Secret, Top Secret/SCI) or the ability to be obtain an (Interim Secret, Interim Top Secret)
