In this position you will conduct open-source intelligence research and analysis using your designated language skills to identify, assess, and report threats and other significant events affecting the organization's mission, personnel, and facilities. Major Duties: Who May Apply: Job Status: Duration Appointment: This is a non-status, non-permanent Personal Service Contract PSC position. PSCs do not acquire a competitive or excepted service status from this position. Contract is 1 year; renewable up to 4 years. Conditions of Employment: Education: Education requirements do not apply to this vacancy announcement. Requirements: Qualifications: Applicants must meet all the qualification requirements described below by the closing date of this announcement. Applicants must have 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level in the Federal service which provided the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the duties of the position. Qualifying specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience reviewing open-source intelligence to produce analytical products. Experience developing analytical reports in support of investigative and protective intelligence operations. Experience preparing and presenting written and oral briefings to internal and external customers. There is no substitute of education for specialized experience for the GS-13 position. Benefits:
