Duties

You will be responsible for executing the effective development and consistent flow of management objectives and strategies to the employees and ensuring their adherence.

You will provide resources and processes to support the intended mission capability, to sustain the inherent design repair capabilities of the system/equipment; maintaining the intended quality.

You will ensures the quality of personnel resources available to provide the full range of required services to meet FRC East requirements.

You will serve as the representative for Division and Branch Specific issues at FRC East; participates in command-level and COMFRC status meetings as necessary to ensure support for FRC East production shops.
