Program Security Representative
This position requires ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret clearance with a minimum Secret clearance to start. We are seeking a Program Security Representative (PSR) to join our team at the Lockheed Martin Space site in King of Prussia, PA. As a PSR, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of classified program, supporting a variety of missions and customers worldwide. You will play a key role in contributing to the production and operations of space-based assets and programs, helping to drive success across our critical mission areas. The selected candidate will perform PSR duties for multiple collateral programs, integrating the full suite of security functions, to include personnel, physical, technical, policy guidance research, and classification management, per the 32 Code of Federal Registry Rule 117, National Industrial Security Program, Operating Manual (NISPOM) and contractual and customer requirements as applicable. You will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our programs, working closely with our team to identify and mitigate potential risks. - For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
