As a Service Dispatcher, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our technicians have everything they need to get the job done righton time and with quality.SHIFT AVAILABLE:Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pmWHAT YOU'LL DO:Coordinate & Assign Repairs Assign work to technicians based on skill level, certification, and workload.Monitor Workflow Keep an eye on repair progress and make real-time adjustments to keep things moving.Communicate with Customers & Team Members Provide updates on repairs, delays, and estimated completion times.Collaborate Across Departments Work closely with the rest of the Service office and Parts team to minimize delays and ensure smooth repairs.Quality Control Review completed repair orders to ensure all documentation meets company and warranty guidelines.Facilitate Shift Changes Communicate job status and updates to ensure a seamless transition.QualificationsMinimum of 2 years mechanical, trucking, or dealer service experience; 4+ years preferredKnowledge of Service department operationsFundamental mechanical aptitude or truck repair experienceProven supervisory experience and leadership skillsKnowledge of computer operations, data entry, and MS Office with 30wpm typing capability; Procede software experience is a plusFreightliner dealership experience and CIC Level I or II training are strongly preferredDemonstrated time management and interpersonal communications skills, even in times of stressStrong organizational and problem-solving skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple projects seamlessly with excellent attention to detail and a solution-focused outlookMust participate in a pre-employment background check and drug screen.WHAT WE OFFER:Pay Range: $47,889.92 - $71,834.88 per year with incentive eligibility401(k) with company matchHealth insurance with 3 plan options to choose fromVision InsuranceDental InsurancePaid time off including paid volunteer timeDisability insuranceFSA and HSA optionsCompany paid Life and AD&D insuranceMaternity leaveEmployee assistance programWellness programCompany paid uniformsAdditional InformationTruck Centers, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer (EOE).
