Job Summary
Salary:
Electrician I: $21.10 - $26.90
Electrician I: $22.62 - $28.85
This position is located at the Iron Bridge Regional Water Reclamation Facility at 601 Iron Bridge Cir, Oviedo, FL 32765,
Performs responsible journey level electrical/electronic work involving the installation, maintenance, and repair work of equipment, machinery, power appliances, fixtures, or other electrical/electronic components. May fix related issues at the KIA Center and operate lighting for events. Work is performed under the supervision of a technical supervisor and is subject to review while in progress and upon completion for compliance with acceptable electrical standards.
Minimum Qualifications:
Electrician I:
High School Diploma/G.E.D. Certificate and two (2) years electrical experience required; or an equivalent combination of related education, training, and experience. Valid Florida Driver's License required. Must have a home or cell phone.
Electrician II:
High School Diploma/G.E.D. Certificate and four (4) years electrical experience required; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Must possess an Orange County Journeyman Electrician Competency card or equivalent. Valid Florida Driver's License required. Must have a home or cell phone.

If this posting indicates a degree is required, the following experience will apply in lieu of any degree as follows:
- Two (2) years of direct experience for an associate degree;
- Four (4) years of direct experience for a bachelor's degree;
- Six (6) years of direct experience for a master's degree; or
- Nine (9) years of direct experience for a doctoral degree.
