Land Leasing And Real Estate PositionPut your land leasing, real estate, or site acquisition experience into working in a different and exciting industry! Help our company grow one land lease at a time in Texas and Oklahoma. This position handles all functions and activities necessary to maintain and grow the company's real estate portfolio of leased and owned properties. Responsibilities include finding sites for new leases/billboard sign locations and maintaining existing leases while working with state and local agencies for zoning purposes. Travel across Texas and Oklahoma is required. Salary based on experience + competitive bonus package, Health Insurance, 401(k), PTO.Essential Job Functions and TasksIdentify new lease sites and negotiate leasesNegotiate renewal leases for existing sitesRead and interpret ordinances and state regulationsApply for permits at the local and state levelAttend zoning board or city council meetings as neededAssist with acquisitions as neededRequirementsRequired Education and ExperienceHigh school diploma (or equivalent) is required, along with 1-3 years of commercial real estate, site acquisition or property/lease management experience.
