Job Details Job Details: Job Location: Virginia Beach, VA - , VA, Salary Range: $60000.00 - $75000.00Base+Commission/year, Land Acquisition SpecialistAbout the Role As a Land Acquisition Manager at The Boyd Company, you will drive our market strategy by maintaining a strong pipeline of potential land deals. Your days will be dynamic and varied in a hybrid work environment—ranging from sourcing land leads and researching new parcels to building financial models, identifying underutilized properties, and ensuring contract compliance.
