We are currently seeking candidates for an Intelligence (INTEL) Subject Matter Expert II position supporting a Department of Navy customer inNorfolk, Virginia.Position Summary This position provides advanced technical expertise in intelligence and information warfare mission planning, operational analysis, training support, doctrine development, and readiness assessment. The position will advise technical teams and leadership on intelligence capabilities, operational integration, and best practices while supporting the development of operational concepts, technical documentation, training materials, and analytical products.Salary Range: $105,000 - 115,000 / annuallyRequired Qualifications Active, fully adjudicatedTop Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/TSCI) security clearance required. Interim TS/SCI will not be accepted.Experience minimum : Ten (10) yearsof experience supporting intelligenceoperations within a Fleet or Navy Information Warfare mission area. Preferred: Recent experienceactively working in the domain within the last five (5) yearsEducation minimum: Bachelor's Degree in a related fieldDemonstrated experience supporting operational planning, readiness assessments, concept development, doctrine, tactics, techniques, and proceduresExperience developing technical documentation, reports, white papers, briefings, or analytical productsWorking knowledge of the integration of intelligencewith other Information Warfare disciplines, including: Electromagnetic WarfareCommand & ControlCryptologySpace OperationsInformation OperationsDefensive Cyber OperationsAbility to independently support technical meetings, working groups, and collaborative planning activitiesExcellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skillsWork Duties (including, but not limited to) Provide subject matter expertise in intelligenceoperations and related information warfare disciplinesSupport development and refinement of operational concepts, doctrine, tactics, techniques, and proceduresPerform technical analyses to assess mission effectiveness and operational capabilitiesPrepare technical documentation, briefings, analytical reports, and recommendationsParticipate in technical planning sessions, working groups, and collaborative discussionsSupport development and evaluation of training programs and operational readiness initiativesAnalyze mission requirements and recommend improvements to processes, capabilities, and technical solutionsCoordinate with multidisciplinary technical teams to integrate intelligence capabilities into broader operational effortsProvide technical guidance and mentorship within assigned areas of expertiseKent, Campa and Kate Incorporated (KCK) is an equal opportunity employer.
