We're working with a heavy civil contractor on a federal infrastructure rehabilitation project, and they need a Superintendent who's ready to dig into something technical. This one's a multi-million dollar structural rehab, roughly two years start to finish, with physical work kicking off in early 2027. It's the kind of job where the details actually matter, rock walls, anchors, big concrete pours, not a standard grade-and-pave gig.
: You'd be running vertical rock wall cutback and lining, tieback anchor installation, and access roads built to DOT standard. Drilling stays in-house right through to the roadway work, and a good chunk of your time will go into large-scale concrete restoration and formwork.
