Per Diem: $168/day per diem | 7 days/week

Schedule: 6x10s | Monday–Saturday | 60 hrs./week

We’re hiring a Mechanical Superintendent for a 100 MW power-generation project in El Paso, TX.

This role will lead field execution across heavy industrial mechanical construction, including structural work, piping, valves, and equipment installation.


What You’ll Need

  • Mechanical superintendent or senior field leadership experience
  • Heavy industrial construction experience
  • Piping installation
  • Valve installation
  • Structural/mechanical scope
  • Industrial equipment installation
  • Crew and subcontractor leadership
  • Schedule, safety, quality, and productivity ownership
  • OSHA 10 minimum
  • Power-generation experience strongly preferred
  • Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred

  • Peak manpower around 100
  • Site vehicles available for management
  • Office trailer onsite
  • No rotation; onsite for project duration
