Management and Program Analyst

Summary

DutiesProvide guidance to other analyst for all aspects of the Army and USSOCOM POM development process and conducts economic and cost analysis for numerous projects.Conduct resource program evaluations.Change programs and revises programming policies and procedures.Develop requirements, issues and needs for inclusion in the Commander's Integrated Priority List.Conduct liaison and staff assistance visits with higher, lateral and subordinate commands/activities and headquarters.Analyze defense planning documents such as the Defense Planning Guidance, the Army Plan, the Joint Strategic Planning Document, the USSOCOM and USASOC Master Plans for impact on programs.Develops resource requirements for training, supply, maintenance, transportation, facilities, manpower, information management, equipment and weapons systems requirements, and operational requirements.
