We are seeking an IT Program Manager to work hybrid @ Carlsbad, California


Employment Type: Full-time / Permanent

Location: Must reside within a 3-hour drive of Carlsbad, California

Work Arrangement: Primarily remote, with 1 week onsite per quarter in Carlsbad

Clearance: Active DoD Secret Clearance REQUIRED

Additional Requirement: NATO TSC eligibility/clearance


What We're Looking For:

  • Strong experience managing complex IT programs and technical projects.
  • Background supporting U.S. Navy or Air Force IT programs.
  • Experience with DoD, defense, or military technology environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management, program execution, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage technical teams and mission-critical IT initiatives.

Important Requirements:

  • Active DoD Secret clearance is mandatory.
  • Must be located within a 3-hour driving distance of Carlsbad, CA.
  • Must be available on-site for one week every quarter.
