My client, the fastest growing digital payments platform in the insurance industry, is seeking highly motivated and revenue-driven individuals to join our dynamic team. This position involves outbound phone calls to ensure smooth processing of claims payments, updating contact information, and meticulously documenting results.

This role is an incentive-based role where successful outcomes equal higher commissions.

Type of Hire: Temp to hire

Start Date: ASAP

Compensation: $55,000 base salary + $45,000 target commission

• Residual commission structure that provides recurring earning opportunities from active enrollments
• Many successful associates earn approximately:
• $4,000-$6,000/month regularly
• Top performers can reach $8,000-$10,000/month

Location: Onsite - Phoenix, AZ 85034 (close to Phoenix airport)

Schedule: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM 30-minute lunch

Training: Training duration: 8-10 days.

Responsibilities:

• Contact vendors that receive property/casualty claims payments on behalf of insurance carriers
• Averaged 55–65 outbound calls daily, engaging vendors to secure digital payment agreements and recurring payment enrollments, resulting in 9–10 enrollments per day
• Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance targets
• Update and maintain systems with accurate and timely information

Requirements:

• Experience working in high-volume call environments, with outbound call responsibilities
• Previous outbound sales, inside sales, B2B sales, telemarketing.
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and handling rejection
• Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
• Motivated by commission and performance-based earning potential
• Comfortable working in a structured, metric-driven sales environment
• Salesforce or other CRM experience is a plus
