    Lead Customer Service Representative - Field Compliance Bureau

    Department of Revenue

    Location: Truman Building - 301 West High Street, Jefferson City, MO

    Annual Salary: $ 40,660.80

    Why you’ll love this position:

    The Lead Customer Service Representative will process business tax audits for Field Compliance.

    What you’ll do to support the Department :

    • Manage assessments follow thru with open/closed audits.

    • Process audits which includes abating additions, creating manual liabilities and staging the case.

    • Keying manual returns or keying returns from suspense.

    • Receiving, logging and tracking incoming audits.

    • Work on other duties as assigned by Administrative Support Professional.

    Qualifications:

    • Four or more years of experience in tax preparation, processing review, collections or closely related work.

    • Ability to communicate effectively.

    • Ability to organize, assign, and evaluate a variety of payment related functions.

    • Plan, organize, assign, and evaluate the work of staff. Ability to prepare, analyze, interpret, and present reports.
