This position will be located at the Lewis and Clark State Office Building, 1101 Riverside Drive, Jefferson City MO.
- Update the Public Drinking Water Branch’s lead and copper databases with monitoring data as it comes into the Branch, and assemble packets for mailing to public water systems;
- Oversee the certification process for the required publication of 90 th percentile results by public water systems for lead and copper;
- Work with the Lead and Copper Rule manager regarding potential violations and sample schedule notifications;
- Pull queries and reports from the Safe Drinking Water Information System (SDWIS) database in response to data requests from Branch staff, DNR regional office staff, and the general public;
- Review inspection reports of public water systems and make appropriate updates in the SDWIS database; and
- Ensure data quality and accuracy of SDWIS inventory data so public water system data can be relied on by department staff and the general public.

Equivalent to those typically gained by: - Bachelor’s degree and 0-2 years of relevant experience and/or appropriate certification
