This position is with the Office of Administration, Information Technology Services Division (OA-ITSD) supporting the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) and the Department of Higher Education and Workforce Development (DHEWD).

- Provide recommendations and road maps for proposed solutions.

- Experience with Visual Studio 2022 and earlier versions.
- Hands-on experience with SQL Server 2019/2022.
- Practical experience with Java or .Net, API design, and a good understanding of architectural frameworks.
- An understanding of ServiceNow / low-code development.
- Knowledge of data warehousing, data architecture and design concepts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills is required.
- Ability to write technical policies, procedures, and documentation for systems, including architecture diagrams, etc.
- Successful background check results are required for employment in this position. This may include background checks involving a candidate’s name and/or fingerprints and other screenings as needed for the specific position.
