This position will domicile at the MVE Building at 1717 Industrial Drive in Jefferson City.
This dedicated role will focus on ensuring customer-centric culture across the organization through data analysis and customer experience improvement initiatives. Response for monitoring customer satisfaction, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing solutions to enhance the overall customer journey with MVE products and services.
Primary Functions:
- Analyze customer data to identify experience improvement opportunities
- Ensure customer-centric culture implementation across the departments
- Develop and monitor customer satisfaction metrics
- Collaborate with all teams to enhance customer experience
Preferred Qualifications/Skills: - Expertise in data preparation, validation and visualization
- Ability to use Tableau Software is beneficial
- Experience in customer data collection
- Familiarity with survey building, website tracking, and understanding customer behavior.
- An understanding of the Department of Corrections structure, strategic plan and mission.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member with staff at all levels.
- Ability to work with constituents, employers and community stakeholders.
All requested documents MUST be received by the closing date listed. Contingent upon your position, you may also be eligible to receive:
- A $2.00 per hour shift differential if you are assigned to a shift that begins on or between 12:00 pm (noon) and 5:00 am and are employed at a 24/7 congregate care facility (i.e. institution, transition center, supervision center, or the command center).
- A $0.75 per hour maximum security stipend if you work full-time at a qualifying facility.
- A $1.00 per hour restrictive housing stipend if you are assigned a regular post within a restrictive housing/segregation unit at any facility .
The Department of Corrections currently offers a guaranteed 1% pay increase for every two years of continuous service up to 20 years!
