Job Summary Salary: $18 Per Hour Performs specialized clerical and manual work in the operation of a departmental warehouse, storeroom, or storage area. Work involves responsibility for the requisitioning, purchasing, receipt, storage, inventory, and issuance of materials, supplies, tools, and related inventory items. Work also may involve the limited operation of certain automotive-type equipment utilized to unload, relocate and load inventory. Work is performed under general supervision. Work is reviewed by superiors through checks of inventory records, filing of orders, inspection, and conversations.
Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma/G.E.D. Certificate, one (1) year or more of experience preferred in warehousing, inventory control, materials handling, purchasing, or related area; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Certified EMT or Paramedic desired. Experience in the pre-hospital or hospital setting desired. Experience working with purchasing and inventory control software and processing invoices highly desired. Valid Florida Driver's License
required.
THIS IS A PART_TIME_POSITION WITH NO GUARANTEE OF A CERTAIN NUMBER OF HOURS AND NO BENEFITS. THIS POSITION INVOLVES WORKING ON A TEMP/SEASONAL CONTRACT WHICH CAN BE RENEWED ANNUALLY BASED ON PERFORMANCE AND BUSINESS NEEED. - Two (2) years of direct experience for an associate degree;
- Four (4) years of direct experience for a bachelor's degree;
- Six (6) years of direct experience for a master's degree; or
- Nine (9) years of direct experience for a doctoral degree.
