While leading the Information Technology Department, TL stabilized a number of enterprise projects; procured and negotiated contracts for replacement CRM and IVR solutions; and reduced the department’s operating budget by approximately $1.5M in slightly over one fiscal year. TL is actively involved in local government and has spoken before such organizations as the Alliance for Innovation, Louisiana Municipal Association, Texas Municipal Human Resources Association, National League of Cities, and Texas Association of Regional Councils.

Robert Denhardt is a Professor and Director of Leadership Programs at the USC Sol Price School of Public Policy.
