JOB TITLE: MISDEMEANOR PROSECUTORJOB GRADE: 13STARTING SALARY: Commensurate with experience JOB DESCRIPTIONProsecutors handle all aspects of Misdemeanor Prosecution including case intake, plea negotiations, investigation, preparation and trial of misdemeanor and Justice of the Peace cases. The office offers and encourages its prosecutors to engage in training – both in a classroom setting and by direct observation of other prosecutors at work. We have an open-door and positive team environment that promotes the well-being of all staff while encouraging productivity.
