• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Three (3) years work experience in street and utility heavy construction.
• Must pass MVR check.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Must possess a valid Texas Class C driver’s license.
Under general supervision of the Construction Inspection Manager, provides and performs routine technical and customer service duties for the Engineering Department. Monitors construction work performed by franchise utility contractors for compliance with approved plans, Town’s right-of-way ordinance, and other applicable codes and specifications. Assists with processing of construction permits and citizen complaints. Conducts Engineering Inspections and works with the Construction Inspection Team.
