Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack .NET Developer to design, build, and maintain applications from concept through production. The ideal candidate has strong experience with .NET Framework, .NET Core, MVC, JavaScript, and VB.NET WebForms, and is comfortable owning applications from initial architecture and design through development, deployment, and ongoing maintenance. This role emphasizes technical ownership while collaborating with a supportive development team and following modern development best practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Designs and implements modern, user-friendly user interfaces.
- Develops new applications using C#, MVC, and .NET Core.
- Supports, maintains, and modernizes existing VB.NET WebForms applications.
- Owns application architecture, implementation, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
- Ensures best practices in code quality, security, performance, and maintainability.
- Participates in and contributes to peer code reviews.
- Utilizes Azure DevOps Git-based code repositories for source control and collaboration.
- Collaborates on architectural decisions and contributes to the broader technology roadmap.
- Utilizes Azure DevOps Git-based repositories for source control, collaboration, and CI/CD workflows.
- Troubleshoots and resolves complex technical issues across the full application stack.
- Stays current with emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.
- Works closely with project managers to keep projects on track and stakeholders informed.
Qualifications
REQUIRES an accredited Bachelor's degree and 3 years of technology experience; OR an equivalent combination of qualifying education and technology experience.
Preference given to those with 3+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on .NET technologies, .NET Framework, .NET Core, MVC, JavaScript, and VB.NET WebForms, strong UI/UX sensibility with the ability to create clean, usable application interfaces, familiarity with cloud platforms and DevOps practices (CI/CD, automated deployments, environment management), or experience with modern front-end frameworks and libraries, including Bootstrap and GSAP.
