Salary Range: $6,489-$9,734/month
Normal Work Days/Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. *Telework available after 6-month probationary period.

Responsibilities
The PC Lead is an expert-level technical position within the IT department, responsible for leading and coordinating project teams and work tasks related to PC support, infrastructure, and technology initiatives. This role does provide technical direction, project leadership, and task coordination to ensure successful project delivery and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Leads and coordinates technical teams on PC-related projects and work tasks, ensuring timely and quality delivery of project objectives.
- Develops and maintains project plans, tracks progress and communicates status and issues to stakeholders.
- Facilitates communication and collaboration among project team members to ensure effective problem-solving and knowledge sharing.
- Provides technical guidance and oversight to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
- Diagnoses and resolves complex hardware, software, and network issues related to PCs and associated infrastructure.
- Researches, recommends, and implements upgrades or new technologies to improve PC performance and reliability.
- Installs, configures, and maintains PC hardware and software in accordance with established procedures.
- Develops and maintains technical documentation for systems, processes, and project deliverables.
- Leads and participates in process and quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and reduce system problems.
- Analyzes business needs and recommends technical solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitors changes in technology standards and ensures the team is informed and trained on new procedures.
- Collaborates with internal customers to define requirements, analyze functions, and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
- Ensures excellent communication with customers and develops escalation procedures for resolving issues.
- Provides informal mentorship and technical training to team members as needed.
- Prepares instructional materials and contributes to training curriculum for specialized technical topics.
Qualifications
REQUIRES an accredited Bachelor's degree and 5 years of technology experience; OR an equivalent combination of qualifying education and technology experience.
Preference given to those with advanced knowledge of PC hardware/software, system architecture, troubleshooting, and project management, or experience leading technical projects and coordinating work tasks in a team environment, or experience with process improvement initiatives, and familiarity with configuration management, software development methodologies, and technical documentation.
