About Stuart Hearn
Stuart is a performance management specialist with 20 years experience in human resources, both as an HR Director and HR/OD Consultant. He has spent the last 10 years working with organisations to improve their performance management processes and implement online systems. Prior to this, Stuart held in-house HR roles for well-known organisations including Boots, BP, United Biscuits and Sony where he was International HR Director for their Music Publishing division. Stuart holds a BA (hons) in Human Resources Management and is a Chartered Member of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development).
