The City Manager's office is responsible for the day-to-day management of the entire City of Black Hawk. This includes everything from overseeing developers and new commercial uprisings to taking issues and concerns to the Council on behalf of the constituents of the city. The City Manager's goal is to ensure that the City of Black Hawk remains a highly functional, smoothly run place of residence, business and commercial development without losing the tradition and historical aura of Black Hawk.
