The ability to have hand/eye and hand/foot coordination is constantly required. Laborers are involved in climbing and balancing in their work. They are required to at times work from ladders and must work in fluctuating temperatures and adverse weather conditions (e.g. 90 degree heat, high wind, rain). Up to 95% of Seasonal Laborers' time is spent in outdoor work. All Laborers are exposed to the expected hazards and atmospheric conditions of an industrial environment (i.e., fumes, odors, mists, gases, toxic chemicals, electrical and mechanical instrumentation equipment, and high noise levels) may be encountered.
