Minimum Requirements REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Four (4) years of full-time equivalent work experience in a production environment, within the past five (5) years, performing systems analysis, planning, and development for business application projects on the Dynamics 365 CRM. Qualifying experience must include use of the following: Dynamics 365 CRM concepts & architecture Web Technologies (i.e., JavaScript, HTML, CSS) SQL Server Knowledge of data migration tools (i.e., KingswaySoft) CRM Development Tools (i.e., Dynamics 365 S-DK, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) Azure Integration Services (i.e., Azure Functions, LogicApps, Azure Service Bus) -AND- REQUIRED LEADERSHIP: Must include a minimum of one (1) year working as a lead architect/developer on Dynamics 365 projects using a modern systems development methodology. -AND- REQUIRED EDUCATION: Thirty (30) semester (45 quarter) units of completed college level courses in programming, computer science, software engineering, or related field. A list of coursework must be submitted with the application if a Bachelor's degree has not been conferred. Substitution: One (1) additional year of qualifying work experience may substitute for the education requirement. A bachelor's degre e in programming, computer science, software engineering, information systems, or a closely related field may substitute for one (1) year of the qualifying non-lead experience. Desired Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess the following: A bachelor's degree in programming, computer science, software engineering, information systems, or a closely related field is preferred. Experience working with large information technology organizations with a strong understanding of CRM concepts and underlying architecture, involved with designing and developing cross-departmental solutions on Dynamics 365 with an established methodology to stay updated on the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM developments and best practices.
