Job Summary Under general supervision of the Supervising electrician, the Lead Electrician performs journey-level electrical installations, maintenance and repair within the buildings, grounds and structures of the University and other related duties as required. Key Responsibilities Provides lead work direction and assist in coordinating projects. Instructs and leads skilled, assigned personnel as required. Uses knowledge of methods, materials, tools, and equipment of the trade in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical equipment, following building codes and safety orders in daily performance of duties.
