Project Specialists work closely under the supervision of a Capital Projects Manager on construction projects related to County facilities use and development. They are responsible for programming, planning, designing, or managing design by consultants; administering construction contracts; and are responsible for related specialized programs. They ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the program objectives.
