The Position The Social Worker I/II will provide case management and housing stability services to a case load of families and individuals participating in housing programs administered by the Self Sufficiency Services Division. The incumbent will be responsible for developing housing search and case management plans that will assist participants experiencing housing instability and homelessness in reducing barriers to housing and self-sufficiency, and assist them in obtaining and maintaining permanent housing.
