(Equivalent professional experience may be considered for substitution for the master’s degree on an exception basis). 15 years of work experience in water and/or wastewater engineering in the private or municipal government sector 10 years of experience as a manager, supervisor, team leader, etc. Licensures and Certifications Licensed Professional Engineer ideal.
